A solemn and dark sound world built on the concept of ancient Rome!

Roman Extreme Metal" band formed in May 2014 in France with Fabio Battistella (guitar/backing vocals), Jack Graved (bass/vocals) and Loïc Depauwe (drums). The band was formed by Jack Graved(bass/vocals) and Loïc Depauwe(drums). The band combines black metal and death metal with lyrics, costumes, and live performances that incorporate the atmosphere of ancient Rome.

After warm-up gigs in Annecy, Saint-Etienne, Genoa, and other cities in France, they released their debut album "Ghosts of the Empire" in December 2015 and toured around southwest France. Recording of their second album began in September 2016 with a new keyboardist. Cover design was done by Brice Cumin and mastered by J.-F. Dagenais at JFD Studio (Kataklysm, Ex Deo).

It was then signed to Buil2kill Records. His second album was released on the label in October 2017. In early 2019, the band will be touring in Kyterion Europe with the Italian black metal band Scuorn. Kyterion European tour in early 2019. Later that year, they will release an EP of acoustic versions of songs from their first and second albums.

In 2020, Harsh (keyboards) and François (guitar) left the band, and Cedric "Cedd" Boehm (second guitar/backing vocals) joined to complete the current lineup. The current lineup is completed. The band signed a worldwide contract with the Wormhole Death label and released their third album. The cover design for this album was done by Brice Cumin, and the mastering was done at J-F Dagenais (JFD Studio).
