Guy Laroche (1921–1989) was a Parisian couturier celebrated for refined, wearable glamour. He launched his fashion house in 1957, helping to define modern French ready-to-wear in the 1960s and 1970s while maintaining couture-level craftsmanship. These earrings were worn by a model on the runway for Laroche's Spring 1992 haute couture collection. Crafted from gold-plated metal woven to a mesh formation, they form a large leaf shape. The sculptural leaves are shaped to sit with the stalk over the ear, then curling theatrically down to chin length and back behind the ear. There is a clip-on clasp on the back.

These archival vintage earrings are in very good to excellent condition. Unsigned as most haute couture jewellery was at the time. These have been stored away in an archive for decades with rare runway provenance. There is no wear to the gold on the outside of either earring, but there is a miniscule bit of wear on the reverse of the sides - not noticeable when worn. Please check the measurements below as these are large statement earrings.
