This late 1980s to 1990s minimalist black wool jersey dress is from Y de G, Paris, whose creative director at this time was a former senior member of Yves Saint Laurent's creative team. This is a well executed design with a high, wide neckline and three-quarter sleeves finished with three buttons on each cuff. The front of the dress is ruched and gathered at the left-hand hip to create a flattering hourglass shape. The rear of the dress fastens with a central concealed zipper for a smooth and seamless fit. In perfect vintage condition and from the closet of a Parisian fashion model during the 80s and 90s. This would be perfect for day to night wear in the city or a sophisticated dinner date. A best fit for around a UK 10 or US 6.
