The RAM-B-149ZA-UN7-KT consists of a zinc coated u-bolt base, double socket arm and universal X-Grip™ holder. Designed into the mount is a 1" diameter patented rubber ball and socket system with adjustment points at the both ends of the socket arm; this with a twist of the arm knob, allows you to move the X-Grip™ mount to your optimum viewing position. We recommend the use of a fixed tether if the unit and device is to be used in an open cockpit/environment.

The RAM X-Grip™ has a clean and clever four leg design that sports great holding power without hiding your mobile device behind foam pads and plastic. The perfect compliment to the modern sleek design of mobile electronics.

The X-Grip® includes a device tether recommended for outdoor applications.

Included in this package is hardware that will accommodate rails from 0.50" to 1.25" in diameter. The base includes black cover caps to be placed over the exposed ends of the u-bolt. The included plastic u-bolt reduction shim allows for compatibility with rails 0.5" in diameter.
