Made in Italy, this flamboyant Roberto Cavalli evening gown, circa 2010, has a curve-accentuating silhouette and high-octane embellishment. Cut from smooth white silk, it has a high halter neckline and fluid, body-skimming tailoring. This dress is fully lined in an ivory stretch-silk, making it a comfortable wear. At the neckline, Cavalli brings his trademark glamorous detailing; rows of silver sequins form wave-like shapes that echo the curves of the bust and neck. The same sequins form a waist-cinching belt which sensuously crosses the bare skin of the open-back. This gown fastens at the bottom of the back with a hidden tonal zip with logo-debossed pull.

Presented in excellent vintage condition, there are the tiniest of smudges on the bottom edges where it pools on the floor but these are so minor they didn't photograph and would never be noticed when worn. Made from 100% Silk with a lining of 58% Polyester, 42% Silk. The label states that this is an Italian 42, UK 10, or US 6 but we think this runs a size smaller so please check our measurements below. There is no evidence of alterations and the fabric has no stretch. We believe this would best fit a UK 8 or US 4.
