This mid 1990s Rachel Robarts dress is most likely to have been a bespokemade bridal dress and is of superb quality. The fabric is a a high shine white satin which has either been screen printed or hand painted with roses and other summer flowers in a lovely shade of raspberry pink, with blue and green foliage detail. The dress is cut on the bias to create a very flattering body skimming shape, with a rounded neckline and spaghetti straps. It hangs slightly lower at the back in classic slip dress style. Fully lined in a separate, silky feel acetate which gives the dress a luxurious weight.

The dress is in excellent vintage condition with just a few tiny dotted marks which I had to look hard for with the dress in hand. These wouldn't be noticed with the dress on. A wonderful choice for those looking for something more unusual to wear as a wedding dress or for a special event. There are no size or material labels but it would best fit a UK Size 10 or US 6.
