Radium Venturi Jet Pump Kit

The Radium Engineering Venturi Jet Pump is an effective device for drawing fuel from one side of a saddle-style fuel tank to the other. Fuel flowing through the venturi creates vacuum at the perpendicular port, transferring fuel across the tank without the need for an additional electric pump.

OEM jet pumps are commonly found in RWD and AWD vehicles with saddle-style fuel tanks and are designed for factory fuel pump flow rates. When a higher-flowing aftermarket pump is installed, the OEM jet pump becomes a major restriction in the return line — causing elevated fuel pressure. While drilling out the OEM jet pump can relieve pressure, it compromises the jet pump’s transfer function. The Radium Venturi Jet Pump is engineered specifically for high-flow aftermarket pumps and includes three interchangeable venturi orifices, precisely calculated and vacuum pressure tested across multiple pump combinations.

The machined aluminium housing is anodized and laser-engraved. All three hose barb connections are compatible with 5/16" or 3/8" ID hose. The crossover siphon port uses 6AN ORB (9/16"-18 O-ring) female threads for easy adaptation to common AN hose fittings.
