1950's sleeveless dress featuring the most stunning print that almost looks like hand painted purple roses on cut wood - very cool colors together and large scale which give a very nice effect. The silhouette is also unique - fit and flare but with a more dropped waist as the skirt begins below the waist. The pleats of the skirt are exposed above purple piping highlighting the unique shape and design. The skirt is very full with tulle sewn in under for volume and there is thoughtful pleating in the bodice creating a very flattering fit. Neckline scoops in front and back and closure if a metal back zipper with a hook and eye at the top. Fabric is easy to wash and wear 100% cotton. 

No tags but expertly made as seams are surged and everything lines up beautifully. Condition is excellent. Freshly washed with no holes, stains or odors. Presents like a dream with years of wear to go. 

Size is a modern small or around a size 6 and the measurements are as follows:

Waist - 27"

Hips - open

Length - 40.25" (did not measure shoulder to waist as the waist is not specifically defined)
