Jirai kei style off shoulder dress by Dear My Love. Available in two different lengths: tunic and mini. Features adjustable heart shaped belts at the waist and two concealed pockets at the hips. The dress is fully lined and made of soft and slight stretchy material. The lace is very soft and nonitchy. 

Shorts are sold separately. 


Material: 95% polyester, 5% polyurethane. Lace: 95% rayon, 5% polyurethane. Lining: 100% polyester.
