The IODOSORB Cadexomer Iodine Medicated Dressing is a highly absorbent wound dressing created to provide a moist environment that facilitates wound healing. It contains 0.9% weight per weight iodine, thus reducing bacterial levels around the wound area and aiding with decontamination of the skin surface. Its broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity has a duration of up to 72 hours, which reduces the need for frequent dressing changes.
