Reworked from 100% silk vintage scarves with an adjustable halter neck tie, cowl neckline, handkerchief hem, and adjustable tie back these pieces hold so much character and beauty.  Inspired by style icon Tina Turner, this top is adorned with fringe to give your day look some spark and take your night look to the next level. Each piece is one of a kind using scarves from the 60s-90s that were originally manufactured in Japan, USA or Italy.
