This printer is designed for busy CAD/GIS workgroups and aimed at architects, engineers, construction, manufacturing, transportation, retail, education and GIS/mapping. It replaces the HP DesignJet T1500/T1500ps and provides you with a choice of three models - standard, PostScript and PostScript with Encrypted Hard Disk.

The HP DesignJet T1530 offers dual roll feed, enabling you to double up on your media to reduce operator downtime switching/replacing media rolls (so you can fit 'two of the same' rolls or fit two different sizes or types of media). This makes it ideal when you have team members with different printing requirements. For this reason, the DesignJet T1530 is the printer of choice over and above the T930 because it offers greater flexibility and reduced operator downtime - as well as more processing power for a faster turnaround. It's ideal for larger team sizes or those who need a little more flexibility from their printer and the preferred choice where print outputs tend to be in 'peaks and troughs'.
