CNC machined from 7075 T-6 Aluminium for maximum lifespan. 

Our tooth profile has been refined to ensure minimal noise. 
Large cutouts to keep the weight down, prevent grass, mud and chain lube build-up.
We use a sealed cartridge bearing for maximum durability, easy replacement and less friction.

We are now on our 4th design version of these pulley wheels and have constantly refined these over the last 3 years. 

The latest updated include : 

• Thinner top wheel tooth for sharper shifting.
• Specified bearings for us by Enduro Bearings.  
• Larger end caps with mechanical Labyrinth seal to hold bearings in place better and prevent grass build up.
