This premium chargrill comes with cast iron grill plates that are 13cm wide. Unlike normal grill plates, this chargrill heats the space under the grill. The cast iron grill plates distribute the heat evenly so that it does not matter where put your ingredients.

Flame extinguishing grill plates

This appliance comes with a grease collection tray underneath the cooking surface so that excess fat can be collected. The stainless steel splashguards also prevent oil splashes. Thanks to the ergonomic design, it is very safe to work with this chargrill. The grill plates are flame retardant and, using the individual thermostats, you can set the temperature for each cooking zone individually between 100 and 300°C. The chargrill is 90cm deep, making it suitable for grilling large quantities of food at the same time. In addition, it comes with a safety valve for gas and a thermocouple. This device is suitable for use with LPG or natural gas. It is important to knote that the chargrill does not include an additional stainless steel Iron Bar Grid to place on top of the grill, but this can be ordered through our webshop.

Self cleaning grill plates

The housing is made from stainless steel so that the chargrill can be wiped down in no time at all. You will need a damp cloth, warm water and a mild detergent for this.
