XDP3200 is a cutting-edge neo-synthetic water-miscible fluid for metal machining that contains the latest technology lubricating, biostatic, and corrosion protection agents. Its formula replaces mineral or vegetable oils with high-quality polymers that are completely soluble in water. This makes it an ideal choice for efficiently machining ferrous alloys, providing excellent surface finishing. It is also recommended for yellow metals, but not compatible with aluminum alloys.

The product does not contain any mineral oil, vegetable oil, chlorinated and sulfurized compounds, boric acid, secondary amines, formaldehyde-releasing agents, nitrites or heavy metals, which makes it a safer and more environmentally friendly option.

XDP3200 offers a number of benefits over traditional mineral oil-based coolants. It is designed to provide a stable solution at all water hardnesses and low foam even at high pressures. It also boasts excellent lubricity for ferrous alloys and effective detergency and refrigeration. Additionally, its mineral oil-free formula makes it highly compatible with seals and it has total insolubility of tramp oil.

Application:
XDP3200 must be diluted in water at a concentration ranging from 5% to 15%, depending on the severity of the operation. It is completely water-soluble.
