From discussions with customers, we know that, in addition to integrated design, quality, accuracy of fit, workmanship, durability, utility and functionality are crucial.
Our EXTREME panniers and topcases are not mass-produced – quite the opposite! They are handcrafted for us in small series, piece by piece, in the workshops of experienced master craftsmen. These specialists, like ourselves, place great value on the highest quality and precision.
This effort is worthwhile, because with an EXTREME pannier or top case, you get a tool that is as useful as it is functional, with a long-lasting quality. We are sure that the selected choice of materials and the excellent workmanship will give you pleasure for a very long time and make you forget the time associated with manufacturing.

• EXTREME slimline – the 80 mm narrower cases offer a combined storage volume of 71 litres – ideal for urban areas with heavy traffic or for challenging off-road
• Handling is noticeably more agile due to the more favourable centre of gravity of the slimline cases, compared to riding with conventional cases
• Top loader: Easy to load from above
• Lids can be opened either to the front or rear or completely removed
• Locking system made of stainless steel including a discreetly embossed Wunderlich brand logo
• The black powder-coated finish looks both technical and elegant
• 100% dust and waterproof thanks to a special seal
• Lashing eyes on the lid for additional Luggage (e.g. Wunderlich Elephant DRYBag top boxes #44153-000 or BagPacker II #20790-202 and -302)
• Replaceable corner protection made of impact-resistant plastic
• One pair of lock cylinders is required for each case
• Lock cylinders are protected against dirt, dust and moisture by removable rubber caps.
• Please order the key and lock cylinders with the same lock separately.
• Cases fit the original BMW Adventure luggage racks – we offer specially designed luggage racks for the other GS models.

Keyed-alike lock cylinders – please order separately
We offer locking cylinders with the same lock so that you only need one key for your luggage system. You need a pair of locking cylinders for each suitcase/topcase. Please order the desired number of locking cylinders for your
suitcases/topcase:

• 30167-500 One pair of lock cylinders (e.g. for a topcase)
• 30167-501 Two pairs of lock cylinders (e.g. for the case set)
• 30167-502 Three pairs of lock cylinders (for case set and topcase)

Suitable pannier rack
Our EXTREME panniers fit the original BMW pannier racks (of the BMW R 1250 GS and Adventure, R 1200 GS LC and Adventure, F 900 GS and Adventure, F 850 GS and Adventure models). For the other GS models, we offer the following EXTREME pannier racks:
