There are many ways to use our Bolster. Here are a few suggestions to get you started;

• Bridge Pose - with soles of the feet on the floor and knees bent, lift hips and place the bolster under the hips
• Child's Pose - place big toes together and knees as wide as the mat, place the yoga bolster between both legs and fold torso over
• Corpse Pose - place underneath the knees to help release the lower back
