BINZEL TAPERED NOZZLE FOR MB501 MIG TORCH

Replacement or spare MIG torch tapered nozzle for the popular Binzel MB501 or Binzel style MIG torch used by many manufacturers.  The MB501 is the most commonly used of the water cooled torches and is often supplied as part of a water cooled MIG welding package.  The efficiency of water cooling allows the torch to cope with higher welding amperages.

A tapered MIG nozzle allows for a concentrated flow of shielding gas and can help with access to some joint types.  The slimmer end profile of the nozzle can also help with visibility in certain applications.

Used for the Binzel MB501 MIG torch, these gas shrouds or nozzles are an important part of the MIG torch.  The Binzel MB501 nozzle directs the inert shielding gas onto the weld pool, preventing contaminants entering the weld and decreases the likelihood of porosity in the finished weld.  A number of shaped nozzles are available to suit the application.
