"Swag" is a mid-century American pendant style where the cord visibly drapes from a ceiling hook to a wall outlet — the curve in the cord is part of the look. The Dippa ships with 450 cm / 14.7 ft of cord precisely to support that style: enough length to swag from ceiling hook to outlet, run across to a different room, or drop a long line into a stairwell or double-height room.

Single E26 or E27 medium screw bulb (LED recommended; not included). E26 is the US/Canada standard, E27 is the EU/UK/Asia/Australia standard — physically interchangeable, just different naming conventions. Recommend warm-white at 2700K, 6-9W LED for an even, glare-free glow through the fabric shade.

The lamp is not dimmable — the inline push-button switch is on/off only. For adjustable brightness, use a smart plug with built-in dimming or a smart bulb with phone-app control.

Beige: the safest neutral — disappears into cream walls, pairs with everything. Best for Scandi, Japandi, minimalist, and warm-modern rooms where the lamp should be quiet.

Sage Green: a confident accent — adds calming organic depth without being loud. Best against white, taupe, or terracotta walls. Pairs especially well with biophilic, bohemian, and warm-eclectic interiors.

Walnut: the richest of the three — deep warm-brown that echoes the wood cap and creates a tonal-monochrome harmony. Best for mid-century modern, traditional, and dark-academia rooms.

The Dippa is a ceiling-mounted plug-in pendant. Install a ceiling hook (or two, for a swag arrangement) where you want the lamp to hang, drape the cord through the hook, and run the rest to your nearest outlet. The included inline push-button switch lets you turn it on and off without a wall switch.

For permanent hardwiring, contact a licensed electrician — the lamp is designed for plug-in use but the wiring can be modified.
