This 1:72 scale diecast model by Corgi represents the De Havilland Mosquito FB.VI RS575/3P-V, flown by Wing Commander H.C. Kelsey of No. 515 Squadron RAF, based at Little Snoring, Norfolk, in April 1945. The Mosquito, renowned for its versatility and speed, served in various roles during WWII, including night-fighter, bomber, and reconnaissance missions. No. 515 Squadron was instrumental in electronic warfare, employing radar jamming and deception tactics to protect Allied bomber formations.
This limited edition model is part of Corgi’s Aviation Archive series and includes a display stand and certificate of authenticity. It is prebuilt and ready for display, making it a valuable addition for collectors of WWII RAF aircraft and electronic warfare history.

This model is in near mint condition with a small defect on the tail horizontal stabiliser. We also checked the underside with no issues to note. As the lining is velvet, much of the black fibre has ended up on the model as to be expected.
The box is in good condition with heavier wear to the edges as shown on the photos.
