An exceptional collectors piece.

This perfectly preserved era 1900s to 1910s 9ct gold bracelet is a glorious sweetheart token bracelet that holds two hand cut, hand faceted moss green Peridot hearts as the centre.

Atop the double Peridot gemstone hearts sits a three leaf clover shaped Bow ribbon crown set with tiny grey Seed Pearls. 

The body of the gold clasp bracelet serves as a shooting arrow with the tip and feathered back of the arrow accented with tiny Seed Pearls. 

The symbolism behind these tokens are plentiful. The double heart symbol in Edwardian jewellery was often used in Sweetheart jewels and tokens, signifying two lives joining in romantic love, unity, and devotion.  The Peridot gemstone was very fashionable during the Edwardian era, as it was particularly favoured by King Edward VII. The arrow represented love and Cupid’s dart. The clover-shaped bow was also a significant motif representing both good luck tied with the era's signature "Garland" style. The unit symbolised affection, good fortune, and a "think of me" message.  

This 9ct yellow gold marked clasp bangle is in exceptional condition and is truly beautiful and finely made.

It has a gold safety chain for ease of wear with a clip clasp mechanism which securely closes it. As the bangle is hollow form it is delicate yet perfectly preserved.

The bangle is presented in an original Garnet Red leather presentation gift box. Exceptional.
