This surface-mounted countertop prep fridge includes a glass cover and is 140cm wide. It offers space for six 1/3 GN Gastronorm containers in which you can place ingredients that you need on hand and keep cool. It also includes a digital temperature controller that is easy to set and easy to read.

The pipes in the walls of the cooling unit use the refrigerant R600a, which is free from CFC. To prevent ice from forming, this prep fridge comes with a specialised cooling cycle and a built-in constant evaporator.
