-Scissors or paper cutter
-Hole Punch & ribbon

★ CUTTING TIPS ★
You can use an inexpensive paper cutter from Walmart (or any store) to cut the toppers for a nice clean cutting line. You could also use an Exacto knife and ruler. Scissors will work fine too.

★ APPLYING THE TOPPER ★
imply print, cut out, and attach to Pop it Fidgets of your choosing & sign your name
