With drip tray and splashguard

This sturdy griddle can stand up to heavy use and features a smooth, double, chrome-plated 15mm stainless steel griddle with a satin finish. The grill plate is set into a watertight recess and, thanks to the seamlessly welded top, no residue is left behind after cleaning. It also has a 1,5 litre drip tray and a splashguard to prevent oil splashing. To adjust the temperature, use the safety thermostat for temperatures between 50 and 300ºC. The grill also fits perfectly into a cooking line.

Made from stainless steel

This professional grill is made from heavy duty components. The stainless steel casing makes cleaning an easy job. Clean this durable construction thoroughly with a damp cloth, warm water and a mild detergent. Coarse residues can be removed with a scraper. Caked-on bits are easy to clean by heating the grill to 70ºC and wiping it down. It is recommended that you wear gloves.
