In the center of the pendant is a raised figure of St. Christopher, who is shown carrying a child on his shoulders. Around the outer border are the words, "Saint Christopher" on top and "Protect Us" on the bottom, inset with three stars on both the left and right sides. The pendant has an antiqued finish.
