This Post Oak was harvested from, and made by hand in Cool, Texas. The unique pattern and coloration is due the Spalting which occurs naturally and is unable to be replicated. The natural grain and wormholes that are exposed during the turning process are left to enhance the natural beauty of these one-of-a-kind pieces. This did not come from China or a factory. No stains, or chemicals were used, because it is sealed with beeswax and food grade mineral oil. Great for a center piece for any gathering. For display purposes only.
