The Electro-Voice EVF 12 is a second-generation passive point source loudspeaker built for professional installed audio systems that need strong output, controlled coverage, and dependable deployment flexibility. Designed for short to medium-throw applications, it fits a wide range of projects including performing arts spaces, worship facilities, music venues, and mid-sized stadium installations. The EVF 12 platform has been reworked with updated internal design elements to improve performance while maintaining the familiar form factor used in existing project planning.

For integrators and system designers, the EVF 12 offers broad application coverage through multiple horn pattern options, black or white finish choices, and available fully weatherized versions for more demanding environments. Installation support includes removable Euroblock connections, a built-in NL4 connection, and compatibility with several mounting approaches such as U-brackets, wall brackets, eyebolts, rigging kits, and rear Omni-mount points for supported accessories. Weatherized models are certified to IP55 when used with the moisture resistant cover installed and a minimum 5° down tilt, making them suitable for challenging outdoor locations.
