These sites sit on gently rolling hills composed of alluvial soils, gravel, and limestone-rich marine sediment, providing excellent drainage and encouraging deep root development for concentration of flavor. Cool Adriatic breezes moderate daytime warmth, while nighttime temperature drops help retain brightness and aromatic lift. The 2024 growing season was temperate and steady, with long stretches of dry weather and mild heat that allowed Pinot Grigio to ripen slowly and evenly. This combination of marine influence, altitude variation, and mineral-driven soils gives the wine a refreshing profile rooted in crispness, delicacy, and subtle saline minerality.

Winemaking & Technical Notes
Grapes were harvested early in the morning to preserve natural acidity and fragrance, then gently pressed to avoid phenolic bitterness. Fermentation was carried out in stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures, enhancing floral and citrus aromatics while maintaining a vibrant, clean texture. Lees contact for a brief aging period added subtle roundness to the mid-palate without diminishing freshness. No oak was used—this is a pure, transparent expression of Pinot Grigio. The wine opens with a pale straw color and glints of silver, signaling its youthful vitality.
