Strips of lean free range chicken breast marinaded in tarragon, garlic, ginger and pepper.  An ideal freezer standby - cooks in less than a minute. Combine with thinly sliced vegetables for a quick stir fry. 

This chicken has been butchered within 3 days of slaughter and frozen immediately to minimise the development of histamine. 

The herbs used in the marinade are especially selected to be suitable to eat if  following a low histamine diet.
