Amazing 1980s dress by Susan Tudor! Made of a polyester red fabric printed with stars in various sizes. That fabric is paired with a striped pleated fabric used for the ruffled collar and triangle inserts at the bottom of the skirt. Waist is ruched elastic. Surplice bodice. Full, puffed sleeves with elastic at the forearm. Shoulder pads attached. Very good condition. What fun to wear for Christmas, Inauguration Day, Independence Day or just because! Size M.
