Our fantastic free range turkeys are reared in County Down, Northern Ireland. Perfectly matured to give a delicate tenderness, these pasture fed turkeys develop a delicious flavour from being allowed to roam and graze on fresh grass. Grown to maturity slowly for best flavour, the birds feed on a diet of grains, wheat, as well as a high percentage of native grasses, seeds and insects.
