The fabric here is rather splendid, a dimensionally embossed woven cotton, with an innate sheen and formal structure. It's used especially beautifully here in this event dress, which has a bateau neckline and gracefully curved shoulder straps. The fit is close through the bust, before flaring into a very full, A-line skirt that's a bit twisted at the hemline, adding a sculptural look to the piece. Slit pockets sit on hips. Running more true to size, though the fabric doesn't have any stretch, so fuller-busted wearers may want to keep that under advisement.
