This 1970s (or late 60s) maxi skirt is made by well-known designer Chessa Davis. She was known for her colorful and textured skirts, dresses, and blouses, in the peasant, boho style so popular at that time.
This ensemble includes a lace blouse and skirt. The blouse is lined with muslin, with the exception of the sleeves. There are covered buttons down the front and French cuffs. Very good condition.
The skirt is made of colorful floral quilted fabric, pink velvet, and ivory lace (matches the lace from the blouse). There is a matching sash. It's lined by a white slip that is split in the front and edged with lace. Elastic waist. Very good condition.
