I believe the metal is sterling silver but has not been tested due to fear of damage

No holes or damage

Some oxidation to silver in several areas on one side (see pic)

Wash Instructions

Soak/Wash in mild detergent & Oxi clean or baking soda

Rinse carefully

Hang over a towel to dry
