Description 

The ICA throw complements the handwoven set of the same name and made by pedal loom in the Southern Andes of Peru. As part of the MILAGRO collection, this soft pima cotton throw features a mix of colors specially designed at the ESCVDO Studio and inspired by garments traditional to the AfroPeruvian community.

Sustainability

The ICA is made in collaboration with a talented group of artisans from Huancavelica. Under the leadership of Pedro Quincho, a team of master weavers from the central Andes of Peru create perfect cotton fabric by loom. A key part of ESCVDO’s commitment to heritage.
The Pima cotton is locally sourced from the coastal region of Pisco, Peru, and it adheres to the highest fair-trade standards. Our supplier LA COLONIAL,  is certified SGS ISO 9001, OEKO-TEX Standard 100, and GOTS.
The specific cotton strain used for our garments provides the longest fibers available, yielding an exceptionally soft product.
