1940s/50s lovely black satin cocktail dress with nude lace illusion on the back and on the sides and backs of the sleeves. Puffed sleeves with deep ruffled flounce. Covered buttons down the front of the bodice. Bias cut full skirt. Metal zipper on the side. Paper tag with order number and size - 15/16.

Dress is in good shape with a few flaws. There are some tears in the lining of the illusion - pictured. A few scuffs in the satin - shown. The seam on the right side has stitching which indicate that is was let out at one point - pictured.
