This is a 1960s dress by Leslie Fay. It's made of cotton knit with a nubby texture. It's a little like terry cloth. I love the adorable scalloped collar! Really cute dress for summer. It's in good condition. On close inspection, I saw a couple of pulled threads and a little bit of color bleed under the collar and at the bottom of the button placket. You would have to look very carefully to see it. I would suggest dry cleaning this dress.
