These burgers are 100% grass-fed beef.  They are grain free. They do not contain any rusk, herbs, spices, onions, salt or pepper. They are additive free, grain free, and gluten free. 

These burgers are made with 90% grass fed beef muscle, 5% grass fed beef suet and 5% grass fed beef bone marrow

These burgers are made from un-aged beef and beef bone marrow which has been butchered within 3 days of slaughter and quick frozen immediately to minimise the development of histamine. 

These burgers should be stored frozen, and cooked within 12 hours of thawing.  

As these burgers do not contain any rusk, they should be cooked in the oven. Do not turn.  Please note: These burgers will crumble when cooked as there is no rusk to bind them into a patty shape - they are just pure minced beef, pressed into a shape. They contain no seasoning, so you can season to taste before you cook them.
