HOW TO PUT MY &ÉVE CUP?

HOW TO GET MY VE CUP?

With clean hands and in the most comfortable position  and relaxed, contract the vaginal muscles to close the cup to the entrance of the vagina. HOW DO I USE MY VE CUP?
