SekCustoms Fender Flares for Mitsubishi Pajero – Give Your Off-Road Beast a Bold New Look
Hitting the trails soon? Got wider wheels that stick out too far? Want your truck to look as tough as it performs? Our off-road arch extensions have you covered – both in style and protection.
What’s Inside the Box – Overfender Specs & Kit Components :
The arch flares are made from ABS plastic
ABS plastic is a durable, impact-resistant material commonly used in the automotive industry for parts like mudguards and underbody shields. That’s why our fender flares are made from high-grade ABS—built to endure rocks, mud, and the flexing that comes with serious off-road driving. You can count on them to shield your vehicle from debris kicked up by the tires and to stand the test of time. To back that up, we offer a 3-year warranty on all components—if anything breaks, we’ll replace it, no questions asked.
We offer one type of plastic surface:
-
A popular finish for exterior automotive plastics. Not only does it enhance the visual appeal with a rugged, OEM-style look, but it also adds practical value by helping to resist scratches and scuffs from everyday use and off-road adventures
Set Content :
The standard kit includes four overfenders—two front and two rear. However, if you only need protection for one end, you can choose to purchase just the front or rear set separately. Each kit comes with all the necessary installation hardware: bolts, washers, and a U-profile rubber sealing strip to ensure a clean, secure fit.
Usage and Application:
1. Broader Stance – more aggressive look.
While fender flares are primarily designed for practical use—protecting your vehicle from debris and covering wider wheels—they also add a bold visual upgrade. Like many modern tuning parts, they give your pickup a more aggressive stance, enhancing the look of a tougher, more capable off-road machine.
2. The solution for oversized tires and wheels.
Wide wheels are a popular upgrade, but they often extend beyond the fenders, creating both a functional and legal issue. Mudguard flares are the ideal solution to cover those wheels, ensuring your truck stays fully functional, street-legal, and ready for any adventure.
3. Off-Road Sport Use – Protection Where It Counts
Off-road trucks and 4x4s often require a wider stance for improved traction and stability, which means upgrading to wider wheels—and those need proper coverage. Overfenders provide the perfect solution, offering additional clearance while protecting your vehicle from mud, rocks, and debris. Whether you're building a trail-ready truck or a lifted off-roader, fender flares serve as both a functional upgrade and a stylish enhancement.

Short Installation Guide and Tips :
Place your SUV on a flat surface, ideally with your new, wider wheels already installed. If your truck is lifted, be sure to account for the added height. Begin by carefully aligning each fender flare with the factory fenders and body lines for a clean, seamless fit. To make positioning easier, you can temporarily secure the flares with adhesive tape. Mark the mounting hole locations, drill the necessary holes, and fasten the flares with screws. If your new wheels are significantly wider than stock or your suspension is modified, some trimming or cutting of the original fenders may be necessary to prevent rubbing or contact during off-road driving.
For installation, you may need: A drill, a screwdriver, an angle grinder, adhesive tape, and a marker. If you’ve exposed bare metal during sanding, it’s recommended to apply a coat of paint to those areas to prevent rust and ensure long-term durability.
