Powerful and rich, the 2007 possesses tremendous vinous intensity, buffered by low dosage that gives the wine ts sense if classic austerity. Orchard fruit, apricot, tangerine oil and white flowers develop with a bit of coaxing. The Celebris is a big, broad-shouldered Champagne for the dinner table.
