Montesoro is a macerated white wine which undergoes a 20 days maceration and a maturation in large acacia barrels and steel tanks, confirming the full expressive potential of Timorasso. The grapes come from a selection of old vines and give the wine depth, intensity, and persistence combined with a definite but never overwhelming tannic texture. The elegant golden colour is the preview of its opulent taste.
