Bottling date: 01/02/2022 For this Peach, the brewers in Germany macerated German-grown vineyard peaches (weinbergpfirsich) on two and three-year-old lambic. The maceration lasted four full months before it was blended with more two-year-old lambic. This brings the weighted average age of this fruit blend to 26 months at bottling. The lambic used in this blend comes from no fewer than five different barrels and fourteen different brews, the oldest of which was brewed in November 2018. The peaches were hand-picked in the Moselle region of Germany, among the steep hilly vineyards. The final fruit intensity is 362 grams of Vineyard peaches used per litre of finished Vineyard Peach.
