Smaller diameter pulley which can be mounted on the supercharger. 
Because of this smaller pulley, the supercharger speeds up so that it moves more air and thus can deliver more power.

The installation of the smaller pulley alone already yields approximately 50hp+ extra. 
When the ECU Software is also adapted to this (Chiptuning), we can get almost 100 up to 130hp extra from the engine!

Maicson Supercharger Drive Pulley Upgrade reduces the diameter of the original pulley from ~ 63.25mm to 57.75mm
which in turn makes the compressor spin ~ 9.5% faster. This results in an increase in power and torque across the rev range
with the supercharger operating at a higher speed. The pulley is CNC milled from stainless steel with a black e-coating for an original look.

The Supercharger Crank Pulley Upgrade increases the diameter of the original pulley from ~ 162mm to ~ 187mm 
which in turn spins the compressor ~ 15.4% faster. 
This results in an increase in power and torque across the entire rev range 
as the supercharger spins at an even higher speed. The pulley retains the factory balanced crank pulley and bolts on top of the existing unit. 
It is CNC machined from lightweight aluminum with weight-saving pockets. 
It has an anodized black finish and includes new bolts. 

Note: 

For 3.0 TFSI Gen 2 engines (Simos 16), the Supercharger Crank Pulley is only suitable when used in a dual configuration.
Upgrading both the supercharger pulley and crank pulley makes the original supercharger run ~ 26.4% faster. 
This speed was chosen after extensive engine and chassis dyno testing with different pulley sizes and supercharger speeds. 
The result is higher power and torque across the entire speed range. 
However, at the airflow levels achieved with a dual pulley upgrade 
the maximum power is severely limited by the Throttle Body. 
A Ultracharger Throttle Body Upgrade is necessary to take full advantage of the double pulley upgrade
