This 3-hour introduction session is the perfect way to explore whether working with clay is for you! Come solo or bring friends. This relaxed and personal workshop is designed for beginners!

What you'll learn:

• Basic handbuilding techniques, guided step-by-step. Building a strong foundation to create anything you can imagine later on! 

• How to “walk” the clay (essential for shaping and preparing your pieces)

• Create 2 unique pieces per participant

• Experiment with forms, textures, and shapes while having fun

• Once you book, I’ll contact you within a few days to schedule a day and time that works for both of us

• Can’t find a suitable time? No problem; you’ll receive a full refund

What’s Included

• All materials, including high-quality stoneware clay

• Glazing, and two kiln firings for 2 pieces (handled by the studio)

• Each group can choose up to two of our studio glaze colors for their pieces

• Use of aprons and all tools

• Cozy, welcoming atmosphere with coffee, tea, and treats

• Plenty of personal attention to ensure you get the most out of the session
