1. Apply the gel cream every morning and evening to clean and dry skin.
   
   2. Gently massage into the skin until completely absorbed.
   
   3. Avoid direct contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
   
   4. Use sunscreen with a high SPF (at least 30) during daily sun exposure.
