The maceration lasted almost four months, and the lambic for both maceration and blending came from six different barrels and thirteen different brews, the oldest brewed in late October 2018. The weighted average age of this fruit blend is almost 22 months. The final fruit proportion is 385 grams of plums per liter of Pruim.
